The innovation of the VABECK® PROCESS is the development of a new process for the spatial separation of hot and cold gas products based on the physical rotation principle. This makes it possible to achieve high gas temperatures with minimal heat losses and at the same time to separate reaction products.
Very high temperatures ensure complete decomposition of reactants on the one hand and prevent the formation of various by-products on the other. No expensive heat-resistant materials, catalysts, precious metals, etc. are required. The process is CO₂-neutral in terms of production.
The VABECK® PROCESS offers even more advantages when more concentrated sunlight is used as an energy source. VABECK® PROCESS enables the direct use of solar energy without electricity by using the high-temperature solar absorber, e.g. in the production of green hydrogen.
Very high efficiency of H₂ production: overall efficiency 60-90% (8-13% for photovoltaics + electrolysis)
Aluminum and steel instead of crystalline silicon and precious metals: Efficient and cost-effective alternative in the VABECK® PROCESS.
